Introduction - infant massage has been practised by parents for many centuries in many ancient cultures. The practice is now well recognised in the west and in the UK today.

Baby massage can be relaxing for new parents and their baby's. Taking time out together for a massage teaches babies how to relax and parents to relax too. Baby massage has many physical benefits for babies and can play a vital role in circulation, digestion and growth. 
Using simple techniques baby massage can ease the symptoms of colic, colds and teething.

Baby bond massage offers a 4 week course aimed at babies from birth to crawling in an informal environment. Each week you will learn how to perform different strokes and techniques to carry out on all parts of your baby's body. By the end of the 4 weeks you will be able to carry out a full body massage. You will receive a booklet at the end of the course with all the information needed to carry out the massage in the comfort of you own home.

following the 4 week course you may want to attend one of our review classes which are ideal for a stroke reminder and a chance to catch up with friends. Classes are held once a week and cover a complete body massage.baby bond massage

Opening Times
The 4 week course costs £30, each session lasts up to 75 mins.

Review classes £6 for 1 hour.
( please note you must complete a course before attending a review class).

organic massage oil is provided. You will need to bring a towel, nappies and a drink for baby and any necessary changing equipment for your baby. parents may want to wear loose comfortable clothing.
