The Management Committee:

Trustees
The Management Committee became Trustees after we became registered as a charity.

All users of the centre are regarded as members, and Trustees can be elected from the general membership. Trustees meet approximatelySide room every six weeks and they make all decisions regarding the centre- deciding on improvements, repairs, applications for use, disputes between groups etc. Trustees have at all times to be seen to be complying with the law and not to be negligent about financial matters or about safety. Trustees are also asked to declare any interests that may affect the decisions they make. Full details of our constitution are available on request.

Officers
Officers are Trustees elected to carry out specific roles on the Committee – the posts are Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Charity Secretary.

Holding Trustees
We have three Holding Trustees. They become involved to resolve disputes, or if the Association were to be wound up. Then they would have the responsibility of sorting out the assets of the organisation according to charity law.
